What are your thoughts on TNA wanting to bring ROH star Delirious into the company?

According to sources within TNA, the company has either reached out to or is planning to reach out to Ring of Honor star Delirious. TNA is said to be very interested in bringing Delirious into the company right now.What are your thoughts on TNA wanting to bring ROH star Delirious into the company?Looking at it from a fan's perspective, this would be an awesome career move for Delirious.



Delirious is a one-of-a-kind performer, there isn't anybody else like him in pro wrestling anywhere. He is an excellent in-ring performer, great mat wrestler, great high-flyer, and as daring as anybody. He's ridiculously fun to watch.



The gimmick is what separates him from everybody else. It's not just the gibberish promos, it's the way he delivers them and the way it fits his gimmick. It's as if he's from another planet and thoroughly understands the wrestling game but can't speak our language. Don't be mistaken, though; he's not being pushed as a "Martian" but that's how he comes across. An "alien" who understands us but is incapable of speaking our language (he understands it, though).



ROH fans "get it" and they love Delirious. I think most TNA fans would "get it", too. Vince (if he even allowed Delirious to use that gimmick, which is highly unlikely {to quote Gorilla Monsoon}) would market him toward the very young fans (as he did The Boogeyman) and wouldn't push him as a serious contender for anything. Hogan and Bischoff, I think, would use Delirious' popularity to push him with the same gimmick, i.e. Delirious already has a built-in fan base, why start over?



Purely as a fan, I'd love to see Delirious on a bigger stage (TNA) on a channel that millions of people can watch. He's a very unique performer and he's gotten over with a cartoon gimmick and made it work very well. More people should get the chance to see this charismatic one-of-kind performer. ROH would lose one of it's most popular performers but it would be a great career-move for Delirious.What are your thoughts on TNA wanting to bring ROH star Delirious into the company?
I like it but at the same time I don't..since ROH is my favorite wrestling company.



But it would be a good move by TNA to bring him in, his character is very entertaining..and his promos are simply the best.

You can't beat that...lol.



But it brings an entertaining wrestler into TNA, I just hope they don't butcher his stay there if he does join TNA, and give him a horrible run in the company. He could do well in the X-division though..so that's a plus. Good move by them, but a loss for ROH.



To anyone that thinks TNA just brings in WWE old stars, TNA just goes out and gets the best available wrestler if they get the chance, no matter where they're from.



TNA has lots of former ROH wrestlers, like Homicide, Samoa Joe, AJ Styles has wrestled there, Alex Shelley of the new TNA tag team champs the Motor City MachineGuns has been in ROH, Desmond Wolfe...there have been a whole lot of ROH wrestlers go through TNA.



TNA just picks up wrestlers they like, whether it's former WWE, ROH wrestlers or wrestlers from another Indy company.What are your thoughts on TNA wanting to bring ROH star Delirious into the company?He's OK but why not bring in someone with more potential to be a future star, like Kenny King or Eddie Edwards?What are your thoughts on TNA wanting to bring ROH star Delirious into the company?

I'd like to see more indie wrestlers in TNA thats what stands TNA out from WWE. There's alot of talent in ROH..
