What is a healthy diet for a track star and stretch and exercise plan?

im a track star and i don't know what to do.What is a healthy diet for a track star and stretch and exercise plan?you should use a rope to do your stretches. I believe they are called Wharton stretches. As for diet, you should eat a 4:1 carb to protein ratio. You need many carbs to give you the energy you need to run at your best. Don't eat fiber before a race, or you will face the consequences. Have a lot of fruits, vegetables, and avoid unhealthy foods, especially soda. Make sure you are hydrated by drinking 5-8 glasses of water a day. Eat after you run to regain the energy you lost from running. Work on your abs and do push ups a lot because you need a strong core to be a good runner. Don't necessarily focus on weight lifting so much because you don't want to be sore on race day. Good Luck. What is a healthy diet for a track star and stretch and exercise plan?No offense, but if you're a track star that doesn't know what diet, stretches, and exercises you should do, you shouldn't be. But besides that, after practicing, you should eat something high in carbohydrates to replace the ones you just burned. Your exercise would depend on what events you do.
