How can I get the Star on the Spainish Football jersey?

I bought the Spain jersey before the 2010 World Cup and after they won they had put a star above their insignia. I was wondering if I could get one like that or do I have to buy the whole jersey all over again? Anything helps thanks.How can I get the Star on the Spainish Football jersey?Seem to have to buy a new one, or sewn back and asterisks.
