What is the largest neutron star that we have identified?

What is the theoretical limit of the mass of a largest neutron star and what is the largest size that we have identified? What is the largest neutron star that we have identified? This one is the most massive I could find, 1.94 M_Sun: http://arxiv.org/abs/0712.0024 It mentions another one that might be 2.01 M_Sun (all these meaurements have large errors)

The theoretical limit is not known, as it depends on models for the equation of state of the neutron star, but it could be as large as 3 M_Sun.What is the largest neutron star that we have identified? They are only between 1.4 to 2.1 solar masses if we are to account quark stars as separate entities. Quark stars may be above that until 3 solar masses or else they will collapse futher into black holes. Neutron stars are said to be around 20km in diameter. I am not sure though if the rules in white dwarfs apply to them - where the more massive, the smaller. I guess it doesn't.

Clear skies!
