What do I need to know for Star board of review for boy scouts?

I'm a boy scout taking my Star rank board of review tomorrow and I haven't studied for it, and I have been fairly inactive for about a year so I have pretty much forgotten most of the stuff. What is everything that I need to know? Go over the requirements for Star and reflect on how you met them; what leadership role did you fill, what did you learn from that role? What merit badges did you earn, and what did you learn from them? What badges will you work on to earn Life? In what leadership position do you want to serve to earn Life and help the troop? Will you be going to summer camp this year? what will you do there? How can you help the troop over the next year?
