I didnt like it when the Bulls picked D. Rose with the number 1 pick in the draft... Devin Harris could easily contend for the starting position. Not only is he a leading candidate for most improved player, but he is statistically better (23 ppg vs. 19 and 6.2 apg vs. 5.8). Also, Harris has logged 30 or more points in four games so far, as opposed to Rose whose career high is only 28 (still good). Though its only 15 games into the season, I believe it will come down to whose team has a more legitimate chance of making the playoffs. Right now, both teams are on the outside with their records barely below 500. Since the eastern conference starters are voted in by the fans, it turns out being a popularity contest. Because of this Allen Iverson is gonna get voted in, no question about. However, the best point guards in east RIGHT NOW are probably devin harris and jose calderon. I think he's doing really good. He might just be the starting point guard if he keeps it up.
