How would I make the lucky star summer uniform?

I really what to go as a lucky star charcher for Halloween. I like the summer uniform (blue). My mom won't buy a pre-made one for me so I have to make one. I've been looking ALL over and I can't find a pattern! Do you know where I can get a pattern for it?How would I make the lucky star summer uniform?Actually you can throw together your own Lucky Star summer uniform. (You won't be able to get every detail though) All you need is a short sleeve white shirt, blue bandana with 2 white stripes (or 1 or none doesnt matter), long yellow string, and a blue pleated skirt (if you can find one with 2 stripes thats awesome.) Next take the bandana and fold it in half into a triangle. Next put it around your neck and tie it into the smallest knot you can make. Next tie the yellow string into a big yellow bow like the uniform. and pin it just above the bandana knot. Next slip on your skirt and your done!
